Secrets of Strixhaven runs to 368 cards across four rarities, which on its own says very little: a set this size holds dozens of mythics and the rarity line cannot tell you which of them anybody opens packs for. The treatment can. These 12 are the borderless and special-framed cards, which is where a Magic set keeps its chase.

How these were picked
Magic: The Gathering publish no pull rates for Magic sets, so nothing here is an odds claim. The ranking is the card's treatment and its collector number, both recorded by the publisher: borderless first, then the other special frames, and within each the highest collector numbers, which is where a set prints its special slots. A mythic in the ordinary frame is not on this list however good the card is, because this is a list about scarcity rather than about play.
Where they sit in the set
