Pitch Black runs to 120 cards across 8 rarities. Pokemon publish no pull rates for it, so these 8 are ranked on the set's own structure: how few cards share a tier, and which are numbered beyond the printed run.

8. Antique Skull Fossil
Card 73 of 120. One of 37 cards at Common.
How these were picked
Pokemon publish no pull rates for Pitch Black, so nothing here is an odds claim. The ranking is the set's own structure: a rarity with few cards in it is harder to complete than one with many, and a card numbered beyond the printed total is a secret rare by the publisher's own numbering.
Where they sit in the set
8 cards out of 120, 4 numbered beyond the printed run.
